The Director of Conflux Center visited the Finish Defense Forces International Centre

The Director of Conflux Center, Milos Strugar, participated in a “Comprehensive Protection of Civilians” course in Finland as the senior mentor. The course was organized by the Finnish Defense Forces International Centre (FINCENT) in Helsinki from 19-23. February.
