This year, Conflux Center launched a series of advanced one-day virtual courses for senior level staff in peacekeeping and political missions. Each course is designed and run by a senior expert practitioner on a specific conflict resolution and mediation related topic.
The next course on 6 October 2022 with Milos Strugar will focus on necessary skills and techniques to engage and negotiate with non-state armed groups, with guest speaker, Alastair Crooke, who will address the topic “Working with Islamist Movements”.
The mission of Conflux Center is to promote international cooperation, intercultural dialogue and mediation as essential tools in addressing challenges and threats to world peace and security.
